Frequently asked questions
Can you take on work with a tight deadline?+
We first review the state of your materials and the document scope to confirm availability. We identify infeasible schedules before engagement and begin only when the schedule is workable.
How many revisions are included?+
Work proceeds according to the revision rounds included in each service scope. For revisions beyond the standard scope, we review the content and schedule before providing separate guidance.
Can we proceed with very little existing material?+
Yes. However, a lack of materials expands the organization and fact-checking work, so we confirm the schedule and estimate after reviewing what is available.
Will our materials and information remain confidential?+
Materials shared during consultation and work are used only for the relevant document project. A confidentiality agreement can also be arranged before work begins when needed.
How is the price calculated?+
Pricing is based on document type, length, material readiness, deadline, and included scope. The final amount is confirmed after reviewing the materials; before consultation, we provide an estimated range first.
What is the process after consultation?+
After confirming your goal and schedule in consultation, we document the scope and deliverables. Once materials are received, we share the outline and work schedule, then deliver the final version after review and revision.
If you are unsure which service fits, please contact us as you are. We will hear your situation and guide you to the appropriate option.
If your schedule is urgent, please contact us first.
We will first let you know what is possible and the approximate schedule. A 15-minute consultation is enough.
