Before work begins, we document what is included and what is separate so that expectations do not change during the project.

When an evaluation sheet or notice is available, we design the table of contents around it. The goal is not merely a well-written document, but one that passes.

We keep the schedule

We identify difficult schedules at the engagement stage. We do not accept work and explain constraints later.
